At NOVRISA, we want every customer to feel confident and satisfied with their purchase. If you are not fully happy with your scooter or any item ordered from our store, please review our return policy below.

1. Return Period

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Only return claims made within this period will be considered for approval.

2. Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The scooter or product must be unused, unassembled, and in original condition.
All original packaging, manuals, tools, and accessories must be included.
A valid proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, is required.
The product must not show any signs of wear, use, installation, or operation.

3. Non-Returnable Items

NOVRISA cannot accept returns for the following:

Used, tested, or physically damaged scooters
Products that have been assembled or operated
Sale or discounted items
Parts or accessories that cannot be reversed after installation
Items missing original packaging or essential components

4. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

We will notify you through the contact details provided at checkout.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are issued only through the same payment method used during purchase.

If the return is not approved due to policy violation, the item will be returned back to you.

5. Shipping Costs

Unless the item you received is defective or incorrect, all return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
For safety and tracking, we strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.
